In Judges 1:15 the Bible talk about Adoni-Bezek, A Canaanite King who was pursued by the children of Israel. When he was captured they cut off his thumbs and big toes. Adoni-Bezek exclaimed, “Seventy Kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off used to gather scraps under my table, as I have done, so God has repaid me.”
Because God is patient, many people nowadays think that they are getting away with wrong doing. However, God’s patience must never be mistaken for His approval. For the Bible clearly states in Galatians 6:7 “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”
Therefore we are to be mindful of the seed we sow because without a doubt the day of harvest will surely come as it did for Adoni-Bezek.
